BLACKBREAD is a full-cycle management company. We take a restaurant from an empty floor plan to a working business — construction, licensing, procurement, staffing, daily operations — and we run our own venues on the same playbook.
Most operators assemble this from five contractors who never speak to each other. We keep the whole chain in-house, which is why the licence, the kitchen layout and the supplier list stop contradicting one another.
Concept, site selection, layout with a kitchen technologist, turnkey build and equipment sourcing. We supervise the site ourselves — not by phone.
The part that decides your opening date. Municipal permits, town planning, EAC, fire safety, sanitary inspection, alcohol and gas licensing.
Supplier base, price benchmarking, delivery calendars and order discipline — backed by our own analytics that show what you overpaid and where.
Chefs, managers, floor and kitchen teams. Hiring, documentation under Cyprus employment law, onboarding and the checklists people actually follow.
Menu engineering, food cost, cash discipline, service standards. Either as a management contract or as a fixed-scope audit with a written action list.
Buying or selling a venue on the Cyprus F&B market: valuation, due diligence, deal structure and the handover that follows it.
Four modules that sit on top of an existing Syrve or iiko installation. Nothing is installed on the tills, accounting does not change, staff are not retrained. Reports arrive in Telegram — to the person who can act on them.
Daily and weekly report: revenue, average check, orders, channels, top dishes, anomalies. For the owner and the director.
Supplier prices, overpayment and savings, supplier map. Recalculates how a price rise changed dish cost and which menu prices need review.
Dangerous till actions in real time: voids, discounts, cash withdrawals, shift discrepancies. For the manager on the floor.
Reads incoming invoices and creates the documents in the accounting system. Removes manual entry from the month.
Syrve is the restaurant management platform we deploy and operate for our clients. Our analytics modules are built directly on top of it — which means a venue keeps its accounting system and simply gains a layer that reads it.
We set up Syrve for new venues, migrate existing installations, clean up nomenclature and recipe cards, and train the team. After that the same data feeds our analytics — no second system, no double entry.
BLACKBREAD has been operating in Limassol since 2017. Everything we sell as a service, we first ran in our own venues — the construction schedule, the licensing route, the supplier list, the analytics.
That is the whole difference. A consultant hands you a document. We hand you a process that already survived a real kitchen, a real inspection and a real Saturday night.
8–10 thousand orders per month. Our main testing ground: every module was built and proven here before it was offered to anyone else.
Around two thousand orders per month. Second venue running on the same management and analytics stack.
Opening a new venue, buying an existing one, or trying to work out where the money goes in the one you already have — start with a conversation.
